Oooooo  Lookie what I made today.  Red Velvet Cupcakes w/cream cheese icing It’s the first time I’ve made Red Velvet cake/cupcakes.  They’re yummy.  I found several recipes and plan to try another as well.  Basically, they’re buttermilk cupcakes with a touch of cocoa.  Tomorrow…Weight Watchers!
